After the appointment, you will receive an invoice. We request a 50% down payment since all our products are custom-made. - Confirmation and delivery time:
Once your down payment is received, we will send you a confirmation, and the production process will begin. Delivery typically takes 20-24 weeks. - Delivery and installation:
When the windows and doors are ready, we will contact you to schedule an installation appointment. Installation generally takes one working day. - Completion and payment:
After our in-house installation team has successfully installed the windows and doors to your satisfaction, you will receive a payment request. The remaining amount can be transferred via bank on the day of installation.
